Craft with the kids doesn’t always need to involve glitter and pom poms, head outside into nature and find some natural art materials.

Here are 10 awesome crafts using nature:

1) Flower windows – Simple and cute.

2) Leaf rubbing – Autumn leaf rubbing, simple but fun.

3) Design a bug –  DIY bugs, so cute.                                 

4) Paint with nature  –  use different nature textures to paint with.                            

5) Rock art – make pictures in nature out of rocks.

6) Paint rocks –  paint cute rock art.                                                                                      

7) Flower mandalas –  these look so beautiful.              

8) Leaf art –  create cute animals from leaves.                                      

9) Weaving - make magical natural weavings.                   

10) Clay imprints – use nature to make cute clay imprint designs.

  • Ive got rocks that my kids painted and I use them as door stops.

    Used to love doing leaf rubbing when i was a kid.

  • Love it ! I love the weaving with nature, so beautiful. We used to dry lots of flowers and leaves in kitchen roll between and under heavy books and once dried would make beautiful landscapes and scenery’s. We also made lots of wreath’s with natural material.

  • My kids are children of nature – constantly outside! This is perfect for turning all their treasures into works of art! Great for building their fine motor skills as well.

  • I love the clay imprints. Some of these have been bought home from preschool. Love the as they’re useful for a few things & the kids r so proud of their artworks
