		<description><![CDATA[I find the best way to deal with stress on the spot is to remove myself from the situation (if possible!)  Walking away from a potentially volatile situation helps me refocus and with that comes calm.  Regrouping my thoughts and shining some prospective on the issue at hand can quickly diffuse the stress before it takes hold.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[There are so many different types of stress for me .. from running late, to being bullied on the roads by aggressive drivers; from being misunderstood by the the kids, to being made to wait an hour in queues (where you&#039;re told that it will be a few minutes); getting sick,  etc. etc. etc....Different types of stress need different actions to combat. From time out and getting away from everyone, to counting to 10 before saying anything. Probably the main thread running through them all is PERSPECTIVE; and gaining a bigger picture view of all that is bothering.]]></description>
