  • I love all types of salad. Quinoa (white or red) or brown rice, or couscous (Israeli too) and then whatever you want. Cherry tomatoes, halloumi, feta, mozzarella cheese, capsicums, peas, asparagus, corn, pulses… The imagination is our limit!! :-)
