Turn baby formula tins into craft tins.

Material

  • several baby formula tin
  • 1 patterned duct tape

Method

  1. Wash and dry empty baby formula tin.
  2. Measure around the tin with string, and then cut duct tape to length.
  3. Start at the bottom of the tin and wrap duct tape around carefully and repeat until tin is covered.

Notes

There are plenty of patterned tapes out there. I chose the duct tape varieties as it was wider and easier to work with. Tins are the perfect size for pencil, textas and just about anything else.

  • Great project idea, with the amount of formula tins you can accumulate it’s good to find ways to reuse. They are a great size for storage.

  • I didn’t know you could get patent duct tape but this sounds like a good invention to decorate things that are broken haha. A nice use with the tins as well. Good to recycle
