These pet monsters are the perfect pet for all children! They can even be used as handy fridge magnets!


Material

  • Light coloured pebbles (3-5cm diameter)
  • Acrylic paints
  • Paint brushes
  • Sharpie
  • Stick on bobble eyes
  • Magnets (optional)
  • Super glue

Method

  1. Paint 2 coats of acrylic paint to cover your pebbles. Allow to dry in-between coats.
  2. Once dry, get creative and draw/paint on your monster faces.
  3. Use stick on bobbly eyes or draw on eyes.
  4. Super glue a magnet to the back (optional)

  • They are awesome and if there is one thing we have a lot of it’s rocks. No glue works here for long though I think it’s the heat so I have industrial marine tubes of silastic type glue.. works on our shoes so might try that. I promised Grandma some new art for her fridge.

  • My son is obsessed with collecting rocks, he’s 6 years old he would love this activity. I do myself dread using super glue but I’m sure no other glue would work.
