Great for playing pirates on the play equipment.

Material

  • 3-4 pipe cleaners
  • 2 toilet rolls
  • sticky tape
  • paint/texters (optional)

Method

  1. Sticky tape together the 2 toilet rolls.
You can paint or colour in your toilet rolls if you prefer (optional).
  2. Join the pipe cleaners together and wind them around the toilet rolls and enough on each side to tie the pipe cleaners together at the back of the head.
  3. Binoculars are ready to use.

Notes

My girls love playing pirates on their play equipment, great way to enjoy arts and craft and playing outside at the same time.

  • It would be great fun for the kids to decorate these with different colours and patterns. You could even go “overboard” (sorry, couldn’t resist that one) by adding feathers and other things.
