Chang’s is proudly a third-generation family business, with father and daughter team Patrick and Elaine Pow heading the Sydney-based company and involved in every aspect of the business day-to-day.

They travel throughout the region discovering what’s new, delicious and authentic to create and share must-try recipes and flavours here in Australia.

Over the past 50 years, Chang’s has become an Australian household name – with special thanks, of course, going to the famous Chang’s Crispy Noodle Salad. This all-time classic remains a staple at summer BBQs, meals and parties around the country. Many people have created their own take on this dish of course, but we reckon the original is still the best!
