To my ordinary pumpkin soup recipe, which makes quite a lot, I added a 500 gram pack of Inghams Turkey Mince. After all was cooked, I processed until very smooth. It tasted delicious and in addition to the great taste, the turkey mince added that lovely lean protein which made it into a healthy balanced meal. I served it with a swirl of cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg. I had thrown out the packaging but I’ve photographed another packet of Inghams turkey mince that I had in the freezer, but I can’t add a second photo.
