Using 1 barbecued burger place a scoop of mash potato on top, stick steamed carrot sticks around the top to make the peak of the hat and serve with a broomstick made of steamed beans.

  • I would like to make Spooky Ghosts with Ingham’s Chicken Breast nuggets. Top half the nuggets with mozzarella cheese and cook as per instructions. Spread mayonnaise over the bare nuggets and using tomato sauce and/or chilli sauce draw on eyes and mouths over the melted cheese and mayonnaise.

    1 cup soft breadcrumbs
    1½ mixed dried herbs
    3 puff pastry sheets
    1 egg lightly beaten

Place turkey mince, grated onion, breadcrumbs and herbs in bowl and with gloved hands mix till ingredients are well combined. Cut pastry circles. Place one portion of mince mixture in the centre. Place another circle of pastry over the top Brush edges with egg, fold to enclose filling with the seam is underneath. Shape eyes and legs out of scraps of pastry. Bake on trays in preheated oven set to 200 deg C for 20 mins or until golden.
