  • I have been a physie girl since I was 10 years old. After a short break, I have returned to the sport at 36yo & my original teacher still oversees the classes and the club. She is my inspiration. She has taught so many girls, different ages, sizes and shapes and have always believed that we are the best that we can be.


  • My mum is my mentor. She is a Jill of all trades and a master of all!!!! She helps out so much with my son – even though she lives 2 hours away! Always time to help others.

  • My son Jack inspires me daily. He was born with Dwarfism. Despite his condition he gives everything a go with his never give up attitude. He teaches me daily ????


  • Definitely my Nana. After raising 8 of her own kids, she raised me too. Despite not having any money she made sure I believed anything was possible. She supported me through school and I was the first from our family to go to university, thanks to her love and encouragement.

  • Linda – a woman I began working with in 2004. She has a quiet, peaceful demeanor but she always does the right thing at work and in life. When all the world is going crazy, she is calm, and never forgets the difference between right and wrong. An inspiring woman!

  • Defintely my nursing supervisor I had in my third year of training as a nurse, she wouldn’t ever answer a question she said go home look it up and come back and ask me if you still dont get it. I still use that today with my students!
