  • Very sensitive and intelligent. Started reading and writing at 2 and a half and continues to academically perform at a much higher level than the rest of the class.

  • She wants to be independent and do things herself, even if she does it wrong she’s still so proud and happy that she did it by herself

  • My son is brilliant and he is high on the spectrum. He is so creative and so so so smart, the way his mind works is breath taking, his brilliance will change the world!

  • Our 3 year old son is significantly speech delayed and yet he has the most brilliant non-verbal communication and has such a gorgeous expressive face! Just love his ‘different brilliance’

  • The ability to adapt to different social settings with ease.

  • All 3 of my children are a different kind of brilliant. My eldest is sassy and bold. My middle is empathetic and perceptive and my youngest is fearless and generous. Their uniqueness is what makes them brilliant

  • Megan who is five is accepting yet inquisitive. She keeps me on my toes constantly and I wouldn’t want it any other way.

  • Started reading at age 3. Very smart in maths. Loves the planets.

  • My son is the bravest person I know. There have been so many times that he has shown his bravery despite the challenges he faces as a 9 year old with ASD and anxiety (at times shut down anxiety). The time that stands out the most to me happened when he was grading for his blue belt in his karate class. He was so worried about being respectful that he didn\’t feel he could go to the toilet until it was too late and he wet his pants in front of everyone in the dojo (roughly 30 people) Instead of crying in the bathroom until everyone had gone (like I would\’ve done) he quickly changed his pants marched back out and finished his grading. Even while I was mopping the floor he kept going and achieved his blue belt. He showed such strength, bravery and determination. It was definitely a proud mummy moment.

  • give him anything that needs fixing, or that is in a million & one pieces & he will put it together & make it work!

  • My son Xavier is the most caring sensitive boy you will ever meet. He loves with all his heart and doesn’t like seeing anyone he loves upset. He’s always the first to wipe tears away and give the person a big hug.

  • My daughter has autism and she shines in her own unique way, she sings when she is happy and dances to her own beat and she adores books of all shapes and sizes. She may not be the definition of brilliant but her heart and sou shine with brilliance

  • Miss 7 relates to animals better than people, particularly horses. Through this we have discovered a natural ability to ride & a deep desire to be a vet & a flair for art.

Master 5 has a love of mechanicals & is a wiz with technology.

  • My children don’t suffer from autism but they have a lot of kids at their school that do. I’d like to win and donate the book to the schools library to use as a tool for them.

  • My daughter is so mature for her age and is so empathetic.
