Pour over, layered leftover scallop potatoes,
D’Orsogna Flame Roasted Ham
And thinly sliced Red Onion
Sprinkle with grated Jalapeno Cheese
Cook in a seasoned cast iron frypan until set,
Pop under a hot grill to finish off.
