50 words almost impossible……..
Croque Monsieur:
Boil potatoes
Cross cut.
Melt 50g butter in saucepan until foaming.
Add 2.5T flour, make roux.
Stir in 1.5 cups milk.
Stir until thickens.
Stir in 1T mustard. Remove heat, stir in 2yolks.
Top potatoes with D’Orsogna’s Flame Roasted Ham, pour over Cheesy sauce.
Bake 200C until golden.
