  • A tasty omelette with eggs, a dash of milk, salt and pepper. Cooked to perfection then flame roasted ham, a dash of cheddar and sliced mushrooms to make for a mean filling!



  • In a ham, cheese, tomato, onion with cracked pepper and sea salt toastie.



  • My tried and tested family favourite is one-pan pizza frittata:
    Finely sliced onion
    Capsicum
    Mushrooms
    2 tomatoes chopped
    2/3 cup of olive, chilli and tomato puree
    1 Cup grated cheese
    olive oil
    8 eggs
    Salt and pepper
    ½ cup skim milk
    D’Orsogna ham which makes every meal special.



  • D’Orsogna Flame Roasted Ham, Roasted Tomato, Rocket and Goats Cheese Pasta
    1. Roast tomatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper until cooked.
    2. Add cooked spaghetti and diced Flame Roasted ham to tomatoes
    3. Top individual serves with rocket, goats cheese and a little olive oil.



  • 2 bacon bones
    1 chopped onion
    1 cup of dried yellow split peas
    a cup of D’Orsogna flame roasted ham chopping

    Cover ingredients with water, then add an extra litre of water. Boil until cooked. Add seasoning.



  • I would use the new ham to make ham/cheese/mustard scrolls to highlight the flavours of the ham



  • I’d add the D’Orsogna’s NEW Flame Roasted Ham to our trusted cheese Macarone but I’d some veges to make it more healthy!



  • Ingrediets:
    Flame Roasted Ham.
    Sour Dough Bead
    Roasted Eggplant slices
    Cheese slices
    Olive oil spray
    Method
    Spray bread with olive oil spray and toast on one side
    Once toasted Load up with Ham, eggplant and cheese and toast on the untoasted side as a sandwich or slider and serve.



  • Recipe for serving Mini Quiches using puff pastry, whisked eggs, chopped D’Orsogna flame roasted ham, cheese, and a dash of milk:
    1. Place fresh from oven mini quiches onto a plate.
    2. Combine hungry kids with quiches
    3. Let sit for 1min before cleaning up.
    4. Head to Woolworths to buy more ingredients.



  • Flame Roasted Ham-burger. Make beef burger patties using 500g beef mince, 2 spring onion(green part only) sliced thinly and 1 tablespoon Tomato paste. Knead and form into 4 patties. Place a slice of D’Orsogna Flame Roasted Ham on each side and fry until cooked through. Melt a slice of cheese on top of each patty and serve in a bun with lettuce. Yum.



  • With D’Orsogna’s NEW Flame Roasted Ham; mini quiches are great & our pick
    But don’t forget to grease the muffin tray so they don’t stick
    Add eggs, milk and whatever ingredients to make the recipe your own
    Drop by Woolworths; produce that’s fresh, delicious & add some homegrown!



  • Homemade coleslaw, potato bake, apple salad, salad & homemade dressing yummo



  • Ham egg cups!
    Grease a muffin tray, and place a piece of ham in each hole, like a cup. Add whisked egg, diced tomato, crumbled feta, chives and salt & pepper. Bake in an 180 degree oven until the egg is firm. Cool, and serve as a snack, or tomorrow’s breakfast on the run!



  • On a crusty sourdough roll, with swiss cheese, coleslaw and pickles :)



  • Nothing beats a toasted ham, cheese, tomato sandwiches, easy to make, hardly any dishes, everyone loves them
