  • Purchase a pre made pizza base
    Place ham, cheese, tomato, olives and red capsicum on top
    Place in over for 30 mins at 200c fan forced
    and ya done – yummo pizza!



  • Using this gorgeously flavoured ham to line a muffin tin, add in a mixture of whisked egg, vintage cheese, grilled mushrooms and sliced spring onions. Season with freshly cracked pepper and Himalayan sea salt, baking on 170 degrees for 15 minutes.

    Serve with a rocket and spinach salad dressed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar with blistered cherry tomatoes.



  • With this delicious looking D’orsogna new flame roasted ham I would get a French baguette cut it in half spread butter add lettuce then slices of Gryere cheese the dorsogna ham ,Dijon mustard pickles and slices of tomatoes



  • As an open melt, with avocado and cheese



  • Chicken Cordon Bleu Quesadillas
    Season chicken with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook chicken.
    Spread mustard onto tortillas, then top each tortilla with 2 slices D’Orsogna’s Flame Roasted ham, sliced chicken, Swiss cheese, and mozzarella.
    Cook quesadillas till golden brown and cheese melted.
    Mouth watering full of flavour meal



  • In a antipasto platter l would have the slices of ham wrapped around in bread sticks with black and green olives assorted cheeses and some dips!



  • Healthy pizza
    Ingredients: D’Orsogna flame roasted ham, olives, mushrooms, cheese, bacon, tomato sauce, garlic, wraps.
    Method: Spread tomato paste and garlic on wrap, then top with other ingredients, leaving cheese until last.
    Place in preheated oven at 180 degrees and cook for about 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and brown.
    Remive from oven, cut into slices and enjoy!



  • D’Orsogna Flame Roasted Ham GOZLEME

    Healthy, satisfying after-school snack.

    Toasted bread, flame roasted ham, sweet Dijon mustard, melted cheese…kids will be pleased!

    Lebanese bread
    Ham
    Cheese
    Baby spinach leaves
    Pesto
    Canola spray

    1. Prepare Gozleme.
    2. Spray small frying pan with canola.
    3. Toast each side of Gozleme and cheese melted.

    Enjoy!



  • D’orsogna’s ham with homemade cream cheese on homemade pumpkin sour dough bread and I would say bon appetit



  • I would grilled up D’Orsogna’s New flame roasted ham, and have it with some eggs and avocado on toast.



  • I would serve it up in a lightly toasted fresh bread roll of choice with sundries tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, grated cheese of choice (feta) topped off with a drizzle of honey mustard. Could always use small rolls to make sliders. Perfect for parties.



  • Potato, D’Orsogna Ham and Ricotta pie. Line a pan with slices of ham. Simmer potatoes until soft. Once cool, slice coarsely, mix with ricotta, eggs, salt and black pepper. Place in pan, cover with overlapping pieces of ham, bake for 20 minutes. Cut into thick slices, serve with roasted tomatoes.



  • D’Orsoana’s new flame roasted ham, cheese and sundried- tomatoe pasta:

    – prepared or bought pizza base of choice,
    – spread lightly with tomatoe paste,
    – cut ham into bite size peices and sprinkle on top,
    – chop up sundried tomatoe and sprinkle on top
    – sprinkle on fresh basil and oregano
    – cover in grated mozzarella cheese’
    – cook in hot oven (200 degrees) for 10 to 15 mins

    Yummo!!



  • Our fam love pizza pinwheels and this ham would make it more amazing!
    2 sheets of puff pastry
    4 table spoons of tomato paste
    4 slices of D’Orsogna’s NEW Flame Roasted Ham shredded/cut into small pieces
    1 cup of shredded cheese
    1. Thaw out puff pastry
    2. Spread tomato paste evenly over both sheets of puff
    3. Sprinkle ham evenly over the 2 sheets of pastry
    4. Sprinkle with cheese.
    5. Roll sheets so you have 2 long logs.
    6. Cut into approx 6 pinwheels for each roll
    7. Bake for approx 20-30mins at 180 degrees
    -makes approx 12-
    Perfect for a quick snack or lunchbox filler!



  • You can’t beat a good chicken parma,
    Take some chicken breast fresh from the farmer,
    roll it in breadcrumbs, top it with tomato paste
    some cheese and D’Orsogna’s for maximum taste!
    Bang it in the oven at one hundred and fiddy
    my D’orsogna’s parma will have you all giddy
