  • Lentil, chickpea and vegetables stew. The kids think its baked beans and sauce so they happily eat it!

  • Without a doubt chicken and vegetable stir fry. My 2yo son has Sensory Processing Disorder and is picky when it comes to food. He will eat stir fry thankfully, particularly if there’s rice or Hokkien noodles. Delicious and filling.
