  • As we’re always on the go, always on the run, I insist that what we do eat is as delicious and nutritious as possible. We love making fresh pasta because everything can be added, it’s filling and scrumptious and I know that everybody will eat it and there’s no waste.

  • chicken and Moroccan cous cous

  • zucchini slice, because I can sneak a whole bunch of veggies in without the kids noticing!

  • “Mum’s Crockpot Surprise” where I throw in half a packet of soup mix, a packet of pre-chopped vegetables from the supermarket, whatever other vegetables I want to use up at home, and a packet of raw chicken breasts. 5 minutes to prepare, healthy, and it cooks itself in the crockpot.

  • My go to dish is soup. Packed full of veges and they dont even know because I puree it.

  • We love preparing breakfast on the week end, easy, quick, an healthy way to start a busy day. Eggs any ways with mushrooms and spinach rrrrrrrr

  • Steamed veggies or salad with roasted chicken breast is my favourite healthy, simple meal – and happily all the family enjoy it.

  • Quick and easy chicken salad with ranch dressing! Cooked chook from supermarket, add lettuce, mini roma tomoatoes, cucumber, advocado and olives and dinner is DONE

  • Steak and salad with as many ingredients sourced from the kitchen garden and local farmers’ markets. Kids gather garden produce and help prepare salad.

  • Veggie stir fry because we can grab prettt much any leftovers and mix them in with rice and soy and create a healthy, easy and filling family meal ????????????

  • What goes into mouths of mums goes into the mouths of our families so
I try to avoid time poor decisions by sticking to simple options like delicious salmon steaks with broccoli pasta.
Guaranteed satisfaction and green filled teeth smiles to prove it!

  • My family’s favorite meal is Coconut Cashew Satay (Quirky Cooking). There’s coconut rice, marinated chicken, mixed vegetables with cashews, and then a delicious satay sauce. All served separate, so everyone can choose what they like. It sounds time consuming, but it’s actually quick and easy. Total winner in our house!

  • A stir fry – so yummy and full of Veges. Plus it’s relatively simple and quick to make.

  • Zucchini slice is our family favourite, thank goodness. It is so quick and easy, and is something that I can hide any seasonal vegetables in to make it tasty and healthy without drama!

  • We love to make vegetarian shepherd’s pie with quorn mince, tomatoes, onion, gravy sauce and carrots!
