  • My favourite health food product is the bento box style lunchboxes I bought for my kids. For some reason, healthy food separated into tiny compartments is much more acceptable to kids! For example – salad mixed together: nope. Salad split into compartments: yes!

  • Bliss Balls: Apart from fitting easily into my purse, its a great way to get rid of those last crumbs of ingredients in your pantry before refilling the tubs. Each batch is unique so you never get tired of eating them. When time poor, the shops have a great range to choose from.

  • I love celery sticks with hummus and mixed berry smoothies made with fruit, berries and coconut water. Having an autoimmune disease I find these help with my inflammation and vitamins I need.

  • All time favorite Coconut Water. It is low fat and no sugar at all perfect for a diabetic like me. I could still enjoy certain juices.

  • My favourite health food product is chia seeds as they are great.

  • Almond, brazil and cashew nut spread

  • My current favourite I’ve been using in cooking is coconut aminos. Gives any dish such great flavour without adding nasties to the meal.

  • Turmeric latte

  • My favorite health food is fruit I eat as much as I can, oranges and bananas are my special ones also my vegetables, on a roll at the moment with Sardines and smoked salmon yum!!!! Cucumber and avocado picked onion on crackers as a treat ????Thank You

  • I love quinoa. It’s so versatile I use it in salads, as an alternative to rice in stirfrys and even add it to baking such as muffins. I use the organic variety. It’s also good for breakfast mixed with yogurt, oats and berries.

  • It’s gonna be a peanut butter for sure. It’s so versatile and healthy too! I blend it with my healthy chocolate milk, bliss balls or as a sweet tooth craving – banana, peanut butter and honey sandwich :)

  • My children love to find dried fruit in their lunch boxes. Be it mango, apple or orange slices, I know the healthy snack will be eaten with delight.

  • Almonds, full of protein and nutrition, I make almond milk and use the pulp to make biscuits, I activate and crisp them up again for a healthy go to snack.

  • I love my nuts. Tasty, moorish and most of them are good for you!

  • Fresh raspberries they are tart and yummy and are a real guilty treat as they are so expensive
