My kids have fruit break at 10 am everyday at school with a water and apple and then at recess they have a drinking yogurt like vaalia they love it and the best part is they dont realise its good for you too.

Vaalia yoghurt was one of the first “solids” my eldest son tried…from that first taste until now he has loved it! There is never an occasion that his yoghurt isn’t completely yummed up. I love that he loves Vaalia yoghurt so much, as it’s important for me to know that he is eating a healthy and well-balanced diet. It just makes it easier when it’s something he loves so much!
