  • I love exercises that mix strength training with cardio, and for that reason burpees would have to be my favourite type of exercise. Painful, but so effective!



  • Dancing with my toddler, rolling down hills, waking along the beach or through the woods. Family time is all my time these days but we fit in excercise as much as we can in our daily lives and have fun!



  • I have tried many, but it would have to be the exercise you get without realizing it, like dancing, playing tennis etc



  • Walking, I love to go walking with my partner and our 3 fur kids. Finding new and beautiful places to walk is always exciting. Best way to exercise and relax and the same time.



  • Walking but as I’m getting older I definitely need to do more weight/resistance training to build strength too



  • Zumba as I love the combination of the music and the dance/aerobic moves that I get to do. Its also my own time to myself as the kids stay home.

  • I love bush walking, hiking, mountain climbing. Visiting National Parks, State Forests and caves are my most favourite things to do and I get lots of exercise whilst doing them. Australia has so many unique, wonderful places to visit and enjoy, that exercise is easy to accomplish.



  • My favourite kind of exercise is BOX HIIT classes!! It’s a great fat burner and stress relief for me. :)



  • Being shot out of a cannon.
    You guessed it!!!! I twilight as a clown with the circus and walking around in those big shoes sure does give me a workout too.



  • My favorite exercise is carrying my heavy 3 year old boy up and down the stairs. It works my arms and legs. But seriously I haven’t been able to find time to exercise for the last couple of years! So I’d love to win this!



  • I absolutely love Pilates and of course going cycling with my daughter. Bonding time as well as exercise, which is a win-win!



  • Cycling …. the ideal environmental solution providing healthy exercise and no pollution!



  • To tell the truth I don’t really exercise, But I must say running around with my kids at the park would have to be my favourite. Helps me keep active and enjoy the day.
