Community service announcement: You can eat chocolate mousse and have no guilt with this delicious healthy chocolate mousse!

Ingredients:

  • 3 avocados
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup agave
  • 1 cup chocolate powder

Method:

  1. Add ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Place in bowls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Eat!

This is really delicious and I served it to the kids and they couldn’t tell that there was avocado in it.
