Kids love bubbles; blowing them, chasing them and popping them. Imagine their excitement when you make GIANT bubbles!

How to make giant bubble mixture

What you’ll need:

  • 6 Cups Water
  • 1/2 cup dish liquid
  • 1/2 cup corn flour
  • 1 TBSP baking powder
  • 1 TBSP glycerine

Method:

  1. Slowly mix all the ingredients in a bucket.
  2. Leave mixture to sit for a few hours.
  3. While you’re waiting, you can make some simple bubble wands out of two straws and some wool to make a big rectangle.
  4. When your mix is ready, hold onto the straws and dip wand into the mix, slowly pull it out and wave through the air to create the bubbles.

This is a fun activity for the kids, they will be so amazed at how big the bubbles are.

  • I think all kids love bubbles. It’s the magic of it as they see it when they’re younger and I think older kids love to create bubbles for younger children. It reminds them of the fun.

  • I had to temporarily confiscate my batch. Miss 7 y.o. started blowing it directly into her little sister’s eyes. I warned her and explained why she must not do it again.
