  • I am glad they all agree. I think my running was getting very funny towards the end but I still enjoyed it. With the twins age and a big belly, I did stop after a few months but still walked jogged until it became too much for me. Yes do not take it up if you did not do it before, just use your common sense when doing it.

  • It’s fine so long as it’s part of your normal routine. It’s actually good for you I was able to continue running until about 7.5 to 8mths and it meant that I didn’t gain much weight and I lost it so much easier.

  • If you are a person who has always run, then continue to do so – just don’t take it up because you are pregnant – that’s inviting disaster.

  • I’m not a runner so it’s not a big deal to me but if your Dr says it’s fine and you like it why not.

    • Exactly – it is so good for the mental health of some people too.

  • I would think it’s fine if it’s something you were doing already,

  • If you are a runner then I would assume you could continue doing so.

  • I think if you are already active and healthy then it’s ok. If you dont already run or exercise and you suddenly start, thats where the issues might come from
