I never knew that making your own bath salts could be so easy! These would make wonderful homemade gifts for Mother’s Day or for a special friend’s birthday.

What you’ll need:

  • 3/4 cup Epsom Salts
  • 1/2 cup coarse sea salt
  • soap colouring
  • essential oil of choice
  • jar

Method:

  1. Combine Epsom salt and sea salt in a bowl and whisk.
  2. Add a few drops of essential oil and mix.
  3. Add a few drops of soap colouring and mix.
  4. Spoon mix into jar and it’s ready to gift.
