Is she having night terrors? Does she wake in the morning still sleepy?
Maybe the solution is a friendly talk with your GP.

Pay more attention to what she is doing and eating before sleep. Change the pattern so she is going to bed much more relaxed and at ease. Food has a lot of bearing on childrens behaviours and performances.
