  • Yeah I never saw the point of the 48 hour claim

  • Sure, in Winter. Unless you’re getting really hot and sweaty I don’t think it’s really necessary to shower every day. Two days is starting to push it a bit though.

  • I remember as I like to have a stress free hot shower even two in summer

  • I shower every night. I sleep better when I feel clean.

  • No, I don’t forget. But sometimes I just can’t be bothered. If it’s been a busy day for example or I’m feeling unwell. the occasional shower skip does no significant danger. Spiced to build your immunity

  • I can’t sleep without a shower, it doesn’t matter how late it is, I have to have one.

  • I’ll skip it sometimes if I’m not going anywhere and can’t be bothered. But never forgotten

  • I have to have the energy to shower. If I’m too tired I get very light headed. I actually partly showered myself sitting on the shower floor under a tepid temperature water once when I felt faint. It’s not the steam because I have a big very efficient exhaust fan and ventilation set up in my bathroom. Good way to make me drowsy – not a good idea for me before breakfast.

  • When my kids were babies/toddlers I used to have showers later in the eveing and I think a couple of times it was close to midnight ! . It really makes a difference so do it regardless how busy or tired you are. It will make you feel much better than you feel now and I think it can even lead to depression if you are not careful. Please take care of yourself :)

  • No l have a shower every day to wake up and be fresh!

  • I only use rexona but don’t go nore than 12 hrs

  • No I can’t. My hair gets oily and heavy and feels yuck.

  • no but i have teenagers that forget to put their deodorant on some days so that helps to not kill me with stinky boy smells

  • nope – so you are right, why have a 48 hour deodorant LOL

  • A schedule for your day helps to plan when you have a shower – it may help?
