  • Unfortunately it didn’t work for my bub!
Plus I was in constant fear she was going to be choked by it in her sleep.

  • Not convinced of their effectiveness, but didn’t hurt, so why not try them ? It may work for your bub

  • I say no, but each to their own, my friends swear by them!
However their bub the same age has 2 teeth mine has 6 :|
I like the natural tablets and gels by hylands or something, you can get them from chemists!

  • I used one, not convinced it worked but it didn’t do any harm.

  • just be careful with these as saw an article where a kid got it twisted and nearly choked in her sleep

  • I don’t think so though I haven’t tried. love silicone teething necklaces and sophie

  • Thanks for asking this good question.

  • bought one for friend’s baby, she appreciated don’t get me wrong, but well made no difference for her bub she said.

  • I didn’t notice the difference at all

  • Surprisingly for our first son yes!, we would have unsettled nights where he would wake and we could not work out why, only to find the next morning we had forgotten to put his necklace back on after his bath, I even did a couple of trials as I couldn’t believe it at first.
with our second bub it doesn’t seem to make a difference, although he turns 1 in 2 weeks and is yet to cut a tooth, so I’m guessing the time will come soon that we will know for sure.
I know they say scientifically it is impossible for them to work, but I only tried after a girlfriend swore by them and she isn’t the type to go in for fads

  • Wow never seen this product before. I would not even try as it could break and your bub could choke. Amber is a fossilised tree resin with bugs in some. Yuck! Teething gel might be the answer.

  • Great question! I was wondering the same!!

  • I really think that its just the parents imagination when they say that they work.
    I dont think so.
My Mum was told that amber was good for asthma and so she went everywhere to get an amber necklace for me when I was a child….it made no difference at all.

  • my son had one for a little while and I didn’t notice a difference

  • my sister has been wondering about these too
