  • Get a mobile farm to your party, it’s fun !

  • How did the party go? I love the theme.

  • What a great theme – how did you go with it?

  • Bales of hay spring to mind automatically. Of course it would be good if you could add pens of actual farm animals. Some horse or cow poo dropped around!

  • Big w have a party shop, I’d search all the dollar shops and kmart also have a section. You could do a really simple cake with green icing (grass or dyed shredded coconut) and stick plastic animals on it

  • You could try to find a pinata, maybe in the shape of a pig! :-) http://www.pinatasparty.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/Pig-Pinata.jpg
    What do you think?

  • Pigs in the mud chocolate cake, buy a bag of plastic animals from the $2 shop and place as decoration on the table around your platters of food :)

  • The kids could dress up as animals, you can have animal games as well!

  • thanks! ill do that now.

  • PIntrest has hundreds of ideas for food, decorations, games etc and so many you can do yourself to keep costs down. Search for Farm or Barnyard.

  • yeah didn’t have any luck at those places, all good, second child so lost motivation…

  • thanks guys. will check out big w and spotlight tomorrow :)

  • We have a petting farm coming to our school, they are really decently priced and bring lots of baby farm animals for the kids to play with and feed.

  • Use stuffed animals as decorations and fences and hay.
Don’t forget you can buy cheap packs of farm animals and that can decorate your cake and the party table or even in goody bags.
Lots of great ideas on Pinterest too.

  • Big W party shop is awesome for this! They have wonderful farm animal helium balloons that look awesome and are affordable!
