Hello!

I’m thinking of hosting a kid’s Christmas party for my playgroup mums and their little people and was considering going for a High Tea theme but I’m not too sure. Does anyone have any idea on how I can make this work?

  • Wish I had seen this earlier as I would have suggested things like red and green macarons, iced cupcakes with decorations like Santas and reindeer, candy cane flavoured hot chocolates, and the like.

  • That would have been interesting , but you would’ve needed plastic cups and not the China ones !

  • Gorgeous little festive sandwiches and cakes; use cookie cutter Christmas shapes for the sandwiches and festive treats for decorating the cakes.

  • What a gorgeous idea! Why don’t you ask all the mums to provide something…tell them to bring a bite sized treat or single served item. So many cute ideas, check Pinterest! Everything from little jelly cups, to tree shaped sandwiches and snow man marshmallows! Ask for help. Other mums will love to come along and will bring something …you can all get ideas for next year too!

  • How about christmas shaped sandwiches and biscuits and carrot/celery stick with dip?
