Hello!

I am contemplating joining a 12 week body transformation boot camp style training program that seems like great fitness and fun but I am hoping to lose quite a bit of weight, I am wondering if any mums have had any success with programs like this and hoping to hear about a few experiences too.

  • The responses sound encouraging, but I too struggle to stick with anything.


  • I’m definitely interested in it, but do struggle to stick to any meal plans when I have to cook for the other 3 members in the house.
    Also, I’m home with 2 kids, so do as much exercise as I can, but again, can’t stick to anything, as my priority is to look after the kids during the day.
    I would love to do it, but just can’t see how it would work for me


  • Lost what I wanted to with michelle bridges and didn’t follow it exactly, gave up towards the end and did hardly any exercise. Sounds negative but I do recommend it, could have achieved more if I did what I was supposed to but lost my baby weight and fit my clothes again so I’m happy


  • I am part way through the Maxines online 12 week challenge and I am 7kg down.:)

  • I would suggest you research and look at reviews from several sources on these program and the outcomes of weight loss being maintained.


  • I’ve heard get things about the Michelle Bridges program but also some look PT’s have run similar programs. Haven’t heard anything terrible although I always encourage people looking at these as a kick start not a total weight loss solution.


  • Have seen some great success with the Michelle Bridges 12week program. Quite a few girls have used it and lost unto 10kgs.
