  • See your GP and they can give you something if nothing else works.. I think there’s something called maxolon? which I have friends who swear by. I found ginger ale helped me a lot which is strange because I actually dont like ginger ale when I’m not pregnant.

  • Zofran wafers

  • My obstetrician recommended eating small amounts of bland food such as dry crackers and to eat some before even getting out of bed

  • Oh you poor thing :/ It’s a terrible affliction. Lucky that most of us only have it for a couple of months. Only thing I can suggest is eat whatever you feel like whenever you feel like it. It might be crap food, but at least you’re eating

  • I tried every thing. Acupressure, vitamin B, dry crackers, ginger drinks, nothing worked. My obstetrician then gave me a script for Zofran, which is a category A drug in pregnancy and it worked a charm.

  • I found pressure point bands helped me alot. but i know a few people who have tried them and they did nothing. Have you spoken to your GP about it?
