  • The sling ones are terrible. They can create or exacerbate hip dysplasia and hip dislocations.
    The trolley ones are fine.

  • I think they help with getting the movement of walking started and help gain some confidence.

  • Baby walkers don’t help a baby develop their walking. In fact, walkers can impede or delay your baby achieving these important milestones. The more time babies spend in a walker, the more delay they experience. Baby walkers also can impose the risk of falling and tripping over.

  • walkers being parents YES very good for babies

  • I was told everything in moderation! As long as you arent putting bub in there to sit all day then its not going to harm development. Lots of tummy time and sitting etc will help to counteract it

  • I was advised against a walker by my MCHN and mothers group facilitator. Walkers can be bad for your babies back as well as their depth perception.
