Try Malt biscuits (by Paradise). You can buy them at Woolies. It’s the closest one I found that taste like Graham crackers. Try it first and see if it will pass your taste. Some said Arnott’s Marie biscuits or maybe digestive biscuits.

Still looking for the answer, is there a biscuit available in Australian Super Markets that could be substituted for Graham Crackers ?

I’ve heard Digestives are our closest substitute. think most plain biscuits will work reasonably well.

Digestives work well, the American thing that confuses me is a stick of butter…lol
