  • I like going to cold rock. They have options of mixing flavours together and you can buy mix ins – chocolate /Lollies to get mixed through.

  • Baskin- robbins… Love all the awesome flavours by my kids actually love going to the ice-cream van that drives around lol

  • We like Cold Rock…but Im always on the lookout for independent stores.

  • We hardly ever buy ice-cream from a parlour because of the cost. We just buy ice-cream from the supermarket. Streets Blue Ribbon vanilla is our favourite.

  • I’ve always taken the kids and myself to New Zealand Icecream if there is one available . I love it how they make chocolate milkshake by using chocolate icecream instead of vanilla. I find their products are of high quality and naturally creamy .

  • Wendys offer a great variety of different flavours at affordable prices.
& their hot dogs are tasty too!
I like that they’re in shopping centres & are a nice change from McDonalds.

  • In Adelaide I prefer Wendys they will give it in a paper cup, a plastic glass or a cone. The kids seem to prefer it in a plastic glass. It doesn’t melt as quickly if your child is a slow eater. Neither of ours are soft serve fans.

  • We love cold rock … we don’t have one in our town so it’s a treat when we travel

  • Cold rock ice creamery does rock!! It’s the best, you can get whatever you like and there are thousands of different mixtures to be created!!

  • We have a new one opened in west Brunswick on Melville rd. always changing flavours which I think is fantastic.

  • Lygon Street is great for ice-cream.

  • our local italian parlour is fantastic

  • I often take the kids to Wendys as I think they have more choices suitable for kids.
I have taken them to another one at TTP but I don’t remember the name of it.

  • You cannot go wrong with Ben & Jerrys! Some places have parlours otherwise you can buy tubs in IGA, video stores etc. Can’t get much better!

  • Giotto gelato in Smithfield
