Hello!

Bleeding after period – One week after my period ended I had some light bleeding of fresh pink/red blood and I have no idea what this could be as I’ve always been regular. I’ve got a 22month old, breast fed for 18 months and my period came back when my bub was 10 months old. Since then I’ve always been regular but could it be my body/ hormones still adjusting back to normal? Could I be pregnant even though the conception would’ve happened at the end of my period? Is it even possible to get pregnant at times other than mid cycle when you ovulate?? What do other mums think it could be? Thanks

  • Hope you did manage to get this issue with bleeding sorted out as this post is quite old now.

  • I didn’t read all the earlier comments but sometimes when women ovulate they can have some spotting. Or it could’ve been an implantation bleed if you ended up pregnant :)

  • Yes it’s possible to get pregnant at other times then mid cycle. Mid cycle is just the most fertile time,

  • Best to see a GP for advice and treatment.
