No,, as a professional cook this is a big no no. It doesn’t matter if you clean the board between use the bacteria from meat but especially chicken can still be present in the actual board after cleaning. Its really important to use separate boards for meat/ seafood/ fruit & veg, there is also the element of cross contamination and allergy issues to think about but that’s a whole other conversation! You can purchase packs of colour chopping boards quite cheaply which are an extremely great idea!
