  • homemade sausage rolls with saysage meat. spinich. grated carrot. honey. garlic. onion. egg. all mixed in. yummy..easy. pretty healthy :-)

  • In this chilly season I would do oven roasted sweet potato as a handy snack that’s different than the usual snack ideas, but this is so simple and full of flavor and nutrient that you don’t have to do anything special to be tasty.
Another favorite in the family is buttered corn-on-a-cob. Simple, quick and tasty snack.

  • I love eating Edamame.

  • Chia pudding. =) I love chia pudding – you can either use chia with almond milk or coconut milk or soy milk. I prefer cocounut milk and then top with seasonal fresh fruits!

  • I’m into broad beans at the moment. You can buy them already made up as a snack in the health food isle – they are called fava beans for some reason though?!

  • my favourite would be popcorn as a little icing sugar makes it sweet if you want a treat or you can leave the salt off if you prefer.

  • At night time a great fruit platter with carrot,Apple ,watermelon, orange, pineapple ,grapes, cheese sticks, celery ,strawberries is a good healthy option.

  • I really like home made dips with cut up vegies, like carrots, cucumber, celery, capsicum.

  • vegie sticks and dip or salsa, homemade kale chips, dried fruit and nuts.

  • I love avocado on crackers..yum!

  • Roasted chickpeas, coconut chips, olives.. Then vegetables like carrots, celery and capsicum dipped in hummus or other dips.
