Why are my coffees tasting metallic?

Hello!

Why are my coffees tasting metallic? I use long life milk decided to make coffee using my coffee machine… I have not used it for a while. I used some Harris coffee which was new, frothed up the milk and after making my coffee it tasted metallic, not nice! At first I thought okay not used to that coffee before so went back to my old coffee, froth up more milk… Wow yuk! It tasted like metallic again. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

maybe get a check up – there are all sorts of neurological things, and reactions to medications that can have this reaction… good luck

Sounds like a descaling issue..unless you were pregnant?

you have to descale it. i bought descaling solution from target and it was hard to find as it was in the kitchen utensil section
follow instructions and you’ll be right. my coffee machine has a light that tells you when you have to do it

I have the same problem sometimes. I just clean and run hot water through it.

Try descaling the machine and also check the water

Thw machine might need a good cleaning.
