  • they do cost more but food is what sustains us

  • They are so much more expensive to buy. I would suggest you start your own vegie patch in the backyard.

  • YES! We used to grow our own before we moved, but we’ve just joined a coop that gets a delivery once a fortnight. I still have to top up the fruit thanks to my children eating waay too much, but it costs us $50 a fortnight.

  • try the market or something

  • there are some good comments here

  • you could try markets or boot sales you will find growers sell it cheap

  • They cost too muc :(

  • Nope cannot afford to pay excessive amounts for essentially the same produce

  • try farmers markets …. fresh food and cheaper

  • It is more expensive. But woollies hv a organic range. It’s cheaper than health shops

  • Some good advice there below.

  • Organic produce is dear in the Supermarkets, some markets sell organic,

  • did you find any good outlets? local growers are usually the best and cheapest.

  • It can be quite expensive. Good to try to grow your own and you can get the grow wall planters which might be a good idea. You’d be surprised what you can grow in pots – herbs, tomatoes, chilli, berries, capsicum. Fruit trees will also grow well in pots especially citrus.

  • i have tried to grow my own now as its just getting too expensive. i do think you can taste the difference!
