Yes. I like resolutions. Some I’ve kept to better than others. I was thinking of having several this year, and not always have to do the same thing each day. I wonder if it will work, or be too flexible?! Or perhaps I’ll end up doing the easiest thing most often! Some ideas were i) to skip with a rope every day, so long as not got a hurt foot etc.; 2) eat my favourite junk food on just 1 day a week (as those ‘in moderation’ foods should be); 3) make the most of time with family.
