  • We don’t do Easter gifts at all. We might buy a few chocolate eggs and hot cross buns to share but that’s about it!

  • Yes we have a budget which is $0.00, with other words we don’t buy Easter gifts ;)

  • No – we don’t really buy easter gifts. Just eggs for our kids, and that in moderation.

  • I don’t really have a budget but try not to go too crazy. Something small for everyone as a thought.

  • Easter gifts?

We just buy chocolate eggs. They’re usually about $20 worth.

  • No I don’t have a budget for Easter gifts but I keep it very simple. Kids get a small choc bunny each (depending on age obviously, bubs just enjoy looking at the shiny things lol) and this year I bought a bag of little eggs for Easter morning egg hunt. If they need I buy beanies, gloves etc for upcoming winter. Don’t have family, but a close friend buys my kids PJ’s for Easter. That’s more than enough and I focus on time as a family. Plus money is super tight and I don’t have the ‘extra’ money outside of usual weekly budget, so really do focus and treasure family time & memories.

  • I try to buy the eggs when they come on special as it is usually the case at most supermarkets when there is still a good amount of choice. I also try to spend approximately the same on each child and my husband and I don’t buy for each other so as to keep the costs down. I would say my budget is approximately no more than $15 on each child but that also factors in some packets of little solid eggs for hunting.

  • No, we don’t do Easter gifts.

  • Not at all, we just spend money on the food

  • My budget is $10 and under for each child. My eldest gets cash and so does my middle daughter and my little one gets a chocolate egg or bunny and $5 cash. Being that my daughter is 20, my 11 yr old doesn’t like chocolate and my youngest does and has $5 to spend or keep in her bank.

  • Not much. It’s not really what i spend but the thought behind it

  • Easter is the most easiest occasions as nothing too complicated besides Chocolates and the Easter Show .

  • No budget but have come out under $50 for two children thanks to Kmart and target.

  • I don’t really have a budget – just some easter eggs from the easter bunny and a small gift from mum and dad…. no more than 50 each.

  • I don’t have a set budget but it is just some chocolate eggs and maybe a little stuffed bunny toy. No big gifts like birthdays and Christmas.
