Is it worth getting one?

  • I have a friend who recently bought one to pick up pet hair and she loves it.

  • I would like to get one. Vacuuming and sweeping are my least favourite chores.

  • Our neighbour has a busy household and loves it for a daily quick once over. But it does miss corners or some spots so a more deep vacuum is needed still weekly

  • I’m not a big fan. It is ok for between vacuums to pick up bits that make a room look a bit better, but it doesn’t do the deep clean that I need for an asthmatic in the house. I priced several and still don’t know if I made the right decision.

  • I LOVE my robot vacuum. It gets the dust bunnies in between my full house vacuum I do every other day. My house gets incredibly dusty and if I go a day without vacuuming, then the dust bunnies multiply, my robot saved my sanity

  • I want to get one to so good question think they would be great just to turn on as you leave the house

  • Good question!
    Am curious about this too!

  • i always wonder whether it really picks up all the dirt or if It just goes straight over the top. couldn’t see it being better than a proper vacuum cleaner, but maybe for in between vacuums?

  • No. Doesn’t pick up big/heavy stuff, you have to keep emptying it (small catcher) and you need a PhD to program it. :D

  • We have one, my partner bought it to help me, but it never is plugged in or getting charged. If you do that then Yes it would be worth it as it does work well.

  • Yes I do and I love it! Saves so much time.

  • I don’t have one but I’d really like one so I’m interested in what people have to say.

  • I’m considering getting one of these too. I just don’t know if it will annoy me by being underfoot. I’ll be interested to see what others say.

  • My friend has one and she says she can use it as a inbetween her main vacuum as the battery doesn’t last long enough and it doesn’t do as a great job like her dyson does.
I personally don’t think they are worth the money but then I love my dyson to much :)

  • We have a roomba and I think it’s tops. It’s better to use in between big vacuum jobs, instead of as a stand alone vacuum for the house.
