  • Head to your local library and think outside your box! My kids regularly buy me books to read. More often then not, they don’t look like something I would be interested in. But to my surprise, I thouroughly enjoy reading them! Jodi Picoult always writes a good story

  • Depends on whether you like romance, thrillers etc. I’d go down to my local bookshop or library to check out the new releases.

  • I love all the books by an author called “Paige Toon” perticularly “Lucy in the Sky”. You should check your local library they usually have a great selection and then if you don’t like them, you’ve not wasted any money. It’s a great way to try out new reads.

  • I’ve just finished Flight Risk which was awesome. The new Matthew Reilly book was fabulous too!

  • Could you give me a pointer as to th genres you enjoy?

  • Thanks for the question I was also interested in these answers sounds like some great suggestions now time to clear the schedule.

  • If U have a smart phone or tablet maybe consider getting kindle there are many books U can buy but if U get kindle unlimited there are many included. I have been reading ylthe Tremarnock series and love it!!

  • I love Paullina Simons. Her books are brilliant. I have read all of her books and get so caught up in them i forget where I am. The first one I ever read was Tully, but my absolute favorites are the bronze horseman trilogy. I have read these many times over the years and love them every time

  • Happy reading! :-)

  • Thanks mums for the suggestions – will search for these books. :)

  • The next book I want to read is “Lost Without You” by Rachael Johns. Maybe something for you too? There are so many great Australian writers!!

  • The prizes that are books on here are usually really good. I won the mummy bloggers last month and enjoyed it.

  • “The Clockmaker’s daughter” by Kate Morton. I am reading “Lost Man” by Jane Harper at the moment and it’s really engaging.

  • Before We Were Yours by Lisa Wingate

  • Would love to know what has been on bookclub lists as the holidays is the time when I love to do extra reading.
