  • I’ve been browsing op shops recently and have found quite a few John Grisham books that have been good to read so far. I liked the “painted house” one.

  • The You series by Caroline Kepnes

  • Anything by Mary Higgins clarke is great!

  • Anything by Jodi Picoult. I’ve read lots of her books and haven’t read a bad one yet

  • The Chocolate Maker’s Wife by Karen Brooks.
Anything from the Jack Reacher series by Lee Child.
Michael Connelly writes really good crime books.
    Scrublands by Chris Hammer.

  • The Outlander Series, Isabel Carters Down the Devils Hole, Girl By Sea, Eat Pray Love and Committed

  • Some books I have really enjoyed are: Wally Lamb – I know this much is true, Sebastian Faulks – Birdsong, crime thrillers by Karin Slaughter & Jodi Picoult books for easy reads

  • It depends on what kind of things you like. If you like contemporary romance/chick lit, Tracy Bloom’s books are fun. Jennifer Cruisie too. Molly Harper is also good if you fancy light-hearted paranormal romance.

If you want something suspenseful, Before I Go To Sleep is chilling.

  • Go to the library there is do many to read

  • Head to your local library and think outside your box! My kids regularly buy me books to read. More often then not, they don’t look like something I would be interested in. But to my surprise, I thouroughly enjoy reading them! Jodi Picoult always writes a good story

  • Depends on whether you like romance, thrillers etc. I’d go down to my local bookshop or library to check out the new releases.

  • I love all the books by an author called “Paige Toon” perticularly “Lucy in the Sky”. You should check your local library they usually have a great selection and then if you don’t like them, you’ve not wasted any money. It’s a great way to try out new reads.

  • I’ve just finished Flight Risk which was awesome. The new Matthew Reilly book was fabulous too!

  • Could you give me a pointer as to th genres you enjoy?

  • Thanks for the question I was also interested in these answers sounds like some great suggestions now time to clear the schedule.
