  • No. I know it’s there, but I’ve never checked it.

  • Sure do, especially when the sun is out and I feel like it’s going to burn. With young kids it’s even more important to me. And with the SunSmart app, it’s just too easy to check the levels.

  • There is no such thing and is unneccesary . If you are concerned put on your sunglasses and /or sunscreen to the exposed areas and then you don’t have to worry . There are SPF 50 plus now which is the strongest sunscreen in the market .

  • no i don’t even think about it actually. i try to wear sunscreen anyway

  • Not always, though I should!
In fact until I seen this question I didn’t really think about it very seriously so thank you for bringing it up.
I do check the temperature several times a day but really only check the UV level when it’s really really hot.
That is now going to change.

  • No, can’t say I ever think about it. I usually just check the temperature

  • Today was 7! That’s high

  • No,if it’s hot l have sunscreen in my bag always!

  • Today it was 5 between 10 and 3. It’s recomended to slip slop slap

  • no I just check the temperature, I guess its time to step up my game then, I just know if its hot its sunscreen time.

  • I’ll have a look at it when it’s on the weather segment of the nightly news and take note. So I’ll know what sort of sun protection we’ll need the next day or when to avoid being outside

  • I must say that I don’t. I wear a daily moisturiser with SPF 30 in it but maybe for the kids I should be checking daily….?

  • Personally I don’t but I know I should. But we use spf 50+ sunscreen no matter what and I put on any time we outside and weather is over 23℃

  • I do it just in summer and not every day.

  • no – but you have me curious – will look forward to reading the answers!
