  • Best choc chip biscuits I’ve ever had are the Coles brand ones. I avoid buying their products as I haven’t been impressed with them when I do. But these choc chip biscuits are the bomb!

    Great recipes for biscuits in them.
    The Vanilla Biscuits are great, easy too make and taste womderful.


  • Ingredients
    1 cup butter, softened
    ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    ½ tsp. salt
    ½ cup chocolate chips
    Instructions
    Mix butter and condensed milk. Add salt, baking powder and flour, and mix just until combined.
    Stir in chocolate chips.
    Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.


  • The Big Pappa Skillet Biscuit.
    A simply delicious man sized biscuit that dad will love and the youngens will want to devour as well.
    These biscuits are made in a mini skillet but smaller ones can easily be made on a cookie tray.
    Great for week-end or holiday baking with the children ….mmm yummm.

    Ingredients (serves 6)
    125g butter
    1/3 cup raw sugar
    2/3 cup self-raising spelt flour
    60 g unsalted peanuts
    1/3 cup sultanas
    1/3 cup dark chocolate bits
    1 teasp grated orange rind
    2 tbsns orange juice
    1/3 cup rolled oats
    1/3 cup coconut
    Method
    Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in sifted flour, chopped peanuts, sultanas, orange rind, orange juice, rolled oats and coconut; mix well. Place mixture into greased skillet pans and bake in moderate oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool in pan and EnJoY!


  • i find the best recipes ive ever found are online and mainly from taste.com. they have a lot of different cookie recipes from chunky to chewy yummmm
