  • have a look on taste.com.au there are incredible recipes there, also bestrecipes.com.au another ripper site, oh and sbs and delicious magazine websites. They all rock!

  • Most muffins freeze well. Try ham and veggie muffins – there are lots of recipes around.

  • My go-to recipe website is taste.com.au. Depending on what ingredients are in season and/ or in my fridge/ freezer/ pantry, I will search on an ingredient name and muffin. I get lots of options – it’s a great site. And, I freeze all muffins I make.

  • You could search online- search for the muffins you need!

i will also be trying apple and maybe the ham and cheese ones

  • Apple and cinnamon freeze well.

  • We always seems to end up have plenty of frozen bananas and blackberries in the freezer. That we can never seem to eat them all fresh. So I put these together in muffins and cakes. And if you have any yogurt in the fridge you can add that into them to.

  • My son loves carrot and honey muffins made with wholemeall flour. Freezes well and easy to make. I have also made bacon and cheese but they really need to be served warm with a bit of butter after freezing otherwise they are bit dry. Otherwise all your classic muffin mixes like blueberry etc all freeze very well

  • I always have apple and blueberry in the freezer these taste great when they come out off the freezer.
