Wherever you are, there’s very few times that you can’t practice your pelvic floor exercises, no matter who’s around you. Sitting in the car, on the bus, watching t.v., standing at the stove preparing dinner, walking the dog, so many ways. It takes a bit of practice, but it’s a bit like trying to have better posture, you just keep practicing and it becomes second-nature. A couple of months of constant exercises and you’ll be fine.
