  • I think I will leave it to Zumbo on Masterchef lol

  • I haven’t. I just don’t have the patience.

  • I have made one in the past. I think the hardest part is getting the choux pastry right. Once the profiteroles are made and filled the construction is fiddly but not impossible.

  • I’d love to try making one but I think they are very difficult and time consuming! They look amazing .

  • My sister has and it was amazing but she is very patient and good at intricate (fiddly) things where I am not (I have no patience)

  • Yes I made one for my daughters birthday . Didn’t think I would be able to but I did. Just googled it and that did help with making it. Give a try I’m sure you can make it if I did

  • I’ve made profiteroles but never the tower, this might be a good idea for our 40th Anniversary coming up. Thanks!

  • I’ve always wanted to make one!

  • I have only made the ones that come as kits in the super markets. Quality was not great but not disgusting either. The worst part was getting them to sit on the tower via the instructions they provided, they just kept slipping off.

  • Sorry No.

  • my girlfirend and I made a couple of mini ones a few years ago (when the trend came in) – we are both into baking, so making the profiteroles was easy, it was much harder with getting them to sit tight in a circular shape without toppling over!

  • Never made one but had one as my wedding cake it was lovely. It had a heart on the top of the croquembouche.

  • I am looking forward to making spun toffee – it looks so good.

  • It isn’t as hard as it looks to make choux pastry. I think mini individual ones are easier, as you don’t have to stress about height and balance. Add some spun toffee, it really makes them look cool

  • It certainly does look incredible and delectable and I want to make one.
