  • I love using Click and Collect whenever I can because it ensures that I can buy the item online and pick it up in person.

  • Click and collect can be worthwhile as there are usually discounts or cheaper products on their websites than if you shopped directly in store.

  • I have used it for a couple of things but its usually not available in my state or you have to pay. Why should I have to pay for something that saves the business money. No thanks Ill buy elsewhere.

  • I have do e it but did it for free and it was good everything was kept cool and ready for me in bags

  • I’ve used click and collect at Big W and Katies and found that it saved me shipping fees and I was able to pick up the products faster.

  • I click and collected from target the otherday a christmas present, saved time what with the christmas chaos, saved money because i didnt buy anything else

  • Yes it is a good option. Can’t work out why it is sometimes free and sometimes not! But very useful for more expensive items because the retailer has a record of receipt from supplier and/or your collection so easier when problems eg. to prove you didn’t receive something compared to just ending up in your letter box,or not.

  • Yep, I’ve done it quite a few times now. Great when you’re short on time or feeling sick. And you only get what’s on your list, saving money

  • A couple of weeks ago I bought 2 printers with cluck and collect from harvey norman.
The website said there was 2 in stock so I was expecting an email pretty quickly to say cone and get them.
5 days later of hearing nothing and no response to any attempt to contact me they finally replied basically saying I would get them when I got them now shut up and go away.
I will not be using it again.

  • I have used it on an item that my local Amcal chemist did not have in store but the online Amcal did.
The Amcal online sent the item to my local Amcal store, they rang me when the item was in, all I had to do was pick it up at the chemist and it was free postage. No postage no worries.
I have seen lots of other stuff online that requires you to pay postage but also requires you to collect at the store as well and personally I can’t see the point in that ..may as well just mail to your home.
Though I must admit click and collect is a good option if you are not home to collect a parcel from Aus Post , as it is far more secure than Aus Post leaving it sitting on the door step.

  • I really liked the click and collect option as a whole; however I didn’t buy meat (hubby is mega fussy with his meat). It was convenient and OMG anything that saves the kids having a tantrum mid-shop is a good thing right?

  • I haven’t as yet but it sound’s like a great option!

  • Thanks for the answers – I will give Click and Collect a go.

  • I love Click and Collect. I use it often as it means you save on postage. Of course the store you buy from needs to be conveniently located so its easy to pick up your items.

  • I have used click and collect at Myer. Easy to return incorrect sizes.
