Hello!

I been wanting to use the healthy mummy app and shakes, but I’m undecided whether I want to do it, I’ve tried some the free recipes. Is it worth it for the money tho?

  • I haven’t use it. While these things are often a big help to lose weight, I do wonder what happens when you stop the shakes and return to normal eating diet.


  • I think if look up online healthy recipes that you will find plenty getting a subscription isn’t free it’s up to you if you feel you need the support


  • I haven’t used it but a friend did and decided not to keep going with it because it was expensive for her.


  • They’re very pricey for what they are, there are so many shakes available at more competitive prices. The flavours are ok,but I found them to be very artificial tasting… with an almost weird after taste.

  • Unless you’re dedicated and motivated, I think it would get a waste of money. Youhave access to the free recipes, keep using them and increase your daily exercise


  • I never really liked the shakes, though the meal app was very good as it also includes exercises. Now just follow the meals.


  • there are plenty of apps and shakes out there on the market today. there are a lot of free apps too so may be worth trying those to see if you use them before you buy one.


  • My sister uses them all the time and looks to get them when they’re on special. They are very tasty.

  • I’ve been using the shakes for over a year now and they are delicious! They fill me up and have great health benefits! Give it a go


  • I haven’t had the shakes but I love the app. It makes meals so easy & keeping track of exercise, water & progress a breeze.
